AARP: The Case of the Questionable Signature
Another pair of illustrations for AARP Bulletin's Hear Ye! feature. This one was a case about the validity of a man's signature made by his daughter (per his request), over the phone.
The signature was valid; the man's daughter received ownership over the house, rather than the son.
