Milwaukee Magazine

Big things happening for medicine in Wisconsin! Here are 5 small illustrations for Milwaukee Magazine, on an article about innovations and developments in the health field, all coming out of Wisconsin. I always enjoy assignments that allow for tons of variety -- especially when it's a series of images.

A new procedure that can replace open-heart surgery for  the many patients who are too weak to undergo it.

A protective cradle for babies so that parents can safely sleep with their infants.

Developing a new system to allow patients to meet with doctors online using an online avatar. This would save time/money on simple, routine check-ups.

A comprehensive public health plan for Milwaukee

Revamping the medical school curriculum, which includes making reference information digitized and easily accessible through the iPads that each med student receives.
