The Books, and beyond

Senior year means a lot of lasts. For the last poster I was to do for The Gargoyle (the music venue here on campus), I set out to make a kick-ass poster for The Books...some band I'd never heard of before the assignment. After listening to one of their albums and hearing multiple references to the Angel of Death (creepy, I know), I knew that I wanted the poster to feature the Grim Reaper in some way. And so, this poster was born....

After finishing that, I wanted to polish it into a portfolio piece - something that would tell a more complete story. So...

It's not all fun and games for the Angel of Death. He has to do everything himself...
