Illville Hotel

I was invited to participate in Am I Collective's new project, the Illville Hotel. The idea is to create a picture of the inside of a hotel room - with no restrictions on what is going on inside - and draw it to fit their format. Each participating illustrator gets one room, and one window on the outside to decorate. You should check it out, and if you're an illustrator: you should apply to participate. They have tons of available rooms.

Most of the rooms I saw were extremely dark and macabre - some of them downright disturbing. I elected to go with a more....cheery and vibrant room.

So there you have it: Room 1B. I had a ton of fun with it, if you couldn't tell.
